Whidbey Island Mudder on May 18th, 2008. A perennial favorite among local riders, pairing a great course with a $3,000+ prize purse, awesome pulled pork BBQ sandwiches for lunch, and great music to keep you going throughout the day- racers and family alike will be sure to have a blast in beautiful Whidbey Island.
THE COURSE: With everything from speedy bermed-out corners, to alder lined double-track and tight technical sections - the Mudder's got the goods.
DIRECTIONS: From Mulkiteo/Clinton Ferry (South End Of Whidbey Island) take SR 525 up the island about three miles, keep an eye out for race signs. Take a right on Coles Road, go about a half mile and the entrance to the course is on the left.
You will need to take a ferry to get to the race. Please check the ferry schedule and make sure to allow enough travel time to make your start. For a schedule, click here. Also, be aware that you many have to take your saddle off your bike if transporting on top of your car to meet the height restrictions, or you pay more fare.

PRE-RIDE SCHEDULE: The Mudder is held on private property, so if you want to pre-ride, you have 3 options:
